Refunds & Cashout
Last updated: August 25, 2026
Token purchases
Once a token purchase completes, the tokens are credited to your balance and the charge is not reversed on request. Unspent tokens can be withdrawn as money instead — see Withdrawing below.
Tips and gifts
Tips and gifts are one-time payments from your token balance and are not refundable, the same as any other tip.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a creator or platform subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect immediately rather than at the end of the period you already paid for, so no partial refund is issued for the remaining time.
Event tickets
There is no buyer-initiated refund on a ticket — a seat held out of the pool and handed back at the last minute is not something we want to make easy to do. If the creator cancels the show, everyone who bought a ticket is refunded in full, including the platform's own fee — a cancelled show is not a service we rendered, so we do not keep our cut of it either.
Merch
Physical orders may be refunded by the seller before the order ships, at their discretion.
Digital purchases are delivered instantly once payment clears, and a refund does not undo a download you already received — the file is already on your device. If a digital order is refunded, whatever you had already downloaded remains yours; you will not be able to download it again.
Withdrawing a token balance
You can withdraw an unspent balance at any time, with a minimum of $1.00. Withdrawals require completing our payment processor's own identity verification. Money that has recently arrived in your balance is held for a short period — currently 48 hours — before it can be withdrawn, so that a reversed or disputed payment cannot be withdrawn first. Payout timing after that follows our payment processor's own schedule, not ours.
Full detail is in the Terms, §5 and §6.
